We aim to be as self-sustaining as possible, ideally your venue would have a supply of power that we would connect to but we also have generators for more rural locations. The hut does need to be towed so a suitable path and tough ground at the pitch site is essential. We are happy to set up on hard grassy areas but we are not liable for any damage caused by towing vehicle tires.  All other necessary equipment is supplied by us.

Yes. We carry Public Liability insurance & Employers’ Liability Insurance.

If alcohol is to be sold at your event and your venue does not have a permanent alcohol license, a Temporary Event Notice is to be submitted to the council. This is something we organise and is covered in the hire prices 

A deposit of £150 is needed to reserve your date. This is refunded on the day unless the booking in cancelled. 

We usually require a 2 hour set up time and 1 hour pack down time.

invoices will need to be settled 10 days before the event date.
